Thank you for booking photos with me. I am so excited to work with you!

By answering some questions ahead of time we will all be more prepared for the shoot and can make the most of our time together.

First, a bit about me and my photography style. I tend to be a mix of 'portrait' and 'lifestyle' photography. Which means getting some posed and some just doing what comes naturally (kids playing, people talking, etc.) We'll try different poses and different angles to see what suits you (and others in the shoot) best. I'm very relaxed and easygoing. If you have ideas before or during the shoot, just let me know and we will work on it!

Please list the photos that are 'must capture' for this shoot

In a typical family session I would capture (in various poses) the entire family together, just kids together, just parents together, solo of every family member and then random other shots. Please list any additions to that, or special photos you want done!

Any items would you like to bring to use in the photos?

Kids favourite stuffie, musical instruments, sport equipment, an old chest, certain chair, a blanket, basket, any family loved items, and any other props you can think of? Props are not needed, but if you have some you want, by all means, bring them!

Does anyone in the shoot have food allergies or any other allergy?

Do you have a particular colour scheme or style of clothing you plan on?

I recommend neutral, coordinating colours, but not too ‘matchy-matchy’. Keep patterns to a minimum, and try to avoid large logos and graphic designs on clothes.

Is there any particulars image(s) from my website that stands out to you?

Would you give permission for me to use some of your photos in my portfolio/website?

Are there any special circumstances or conditions for sharing photos? (For example; if they are a gift for someone, wait until after a certain date to post, can be used in portfolio but not on social media, etc.)
